there be 句型是there +be 动词各种形式的句子，意思是某地有某物。
be 动词的形式分两种情况，第一，如果主语是单数，在一般现在时态的句子中，主语是第三人称时，be 动词用is；当主语是第一二人称和复数的时候，be 动词用are ！如果是过去时态，要变成相应的was 和were。
第二，如果主语有两个及以上，要和离它最近的那个主语保持一致！例如:There is a pen and two books on the desk. 和be 动词离得最近的是a pen 单数，所以用is 。There are two books and a pen on the desk.这时和be 动词离得最近的是two books 是复数，所以用are.
